Felony, misdemeanor, and certain infraction violations are heard in Criminal Court Monday through Friday.
Criminal Calendars are posted on the Criminal Division windows at Room 105J, daily. The courtroom location is indicated at the top of the calendar.
To clear a warrant for a misdemeanor violation, you must appear in person at 8:00 AM Monday through Friday, for same day appearance in court at 9:30 AM. To clear a warrant for a felony violation you must appear in person, with your attorney at 8:00 AM Monday through Friday, for same day appearance in court at 8:30 AM.
If you were released from jail on a bail bond, you must submit a letter of reassumption of liability from the bonding agency with your request. Your case will not be scheduled for court without this letter.
Court appointed Spanish interpreter services are available for Criminal, Traffic, Juvenile, and some Family Law matters. Interpreter services in other languages (including sign) are available on an as needed basis. |
